Overview
Lawrence Sheriff School is a boys’ grammar school in Rugby, Warwickshire and is a National Teaching School. It was judged as ‘Outstanding’ in all fields in its most recent Ofsted inspection. It has around 850 pupils. The school runs in partnership with Rugby High School, the local all-female grammar school, to teach those aged between 16 and 18. Sixth Formers studying at Lawrence Sheriff School attend lessons at Rugby High when their subject is not catered for on the Lawrence Sheriff site and vice versa. In 2019, both Rugby High School and Lawrence Sheriff school will accept both male and female students into their Sixth Form as a new agreement.
