Maths Programme
We provide help with maths by way of face-to-face teaching; allowing students to ask as many questions of the tutor as they need, and interact with other children. Children also motivate each other in a small group setting. Face-to-face tuition enables the tutor to listen not just to the children's answers and queries but respond sensitively to the children's body language: picking up on those children struggling silently, or when they are unaware themselves that they need more help.
The course is supported during the week with a free subscription to an interactive online maths course, providing exercises, teaching videos, rewards, certificates and games. Children begin to love maths and improve their results. The online course is available to the students 24/7.
The word problems develop children's critical thinking, non-verbal reasoning and problem-solving skills from an early age.
