Wallington High School for Girls
Surrey
Overview
Wallington High School for Girls is an all-girls selective grammar school in the London Borough of Sutton. From September 2015, Wallington High School for Girls has been part of the Nonsuch and Wallington Education Trust (NWET) alongside Nonsuch High School for Girls. The aim of the Trust is to be a collaborative model that provides a first-class education for girls, in a selective environment, ensuring they are well prepared for the future. The school is also twinned with Wallington County Grammar School for Boys, in many events, due to both the schools being in the same area. There are nearly 1,500 girls in the school with 400 in the Sixth Form. Every year around 2,000 girls apply for the 210 available places.
