King Edward VI Grammar School is a grammar school located in Louth, Lincolnshire. King Edward’s serves many different communities that include Louth and its surrounding villages, The Wolds and Horncastle to the South, Mablethorpe to the East, Market Rasen to the West and Grimsby to the North – over 500 pupils a day travel by bus. The school has 40 full-time boarding places, which are available for Sixth Form students. The school has over 800 pupils on roll with approximately 200 in the Sixth Form. The school was last Ofsted inspected in 2011 and was judged as ‘Outstanding’.
